Step 4 — The resume Bangalore actually reads

Your resume gets two readers: a parser, then a human with about nine seconds. Write for both, in that order.

The shape

• One page under eight years' experience. Two is a flex you haven't earned yet.
• Results, not responsibilities. "Owned the billing service" is a job description. "Cut billing failures 40% by rewriting retry logic" is a resume line.
• Numbers wherever they're honest. Latency, revenue, users, hours saved.

The parser pass

Applicant tracking systems match on words. If the posting says Salesforce and your resume says CRM platform, you don't exist. Mirror the posting's vocabulary — where it's true.

After:  Built Apex + Lightning Web Components on Salesforce;
        cut case-routing time 35% across 4 support teams.
