About this course

Turn raw Salesforce sales data into a living funnel you can actually steer. In this hands-on course you'll build a complete Sales Funnel Analytics app in Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) — from defining the KPIs that matter, to wrangling data in a recipe, to a fully interactive dashboard wired with query bindings.

What you'll build

A single-page funnel dashboard that shows stage-by-stage conversion, win rates, pipeline velocity and rep performance — filterable by time, team and product, and fast enough to open live in a QBR.

What you'll learn

  • Define funnel KPIs the business will trust
  • Research and map Salesforce objects to funnel stages
  • Ingest and shape data with recipes in Data Manager
  • Engineer stage-duration and conversion fields
  • Build a funnel dashboard from datasets
  • Write SAQL and wire query bindings for interactivity
  • Publish, share and secure the finished app

Prerequisites

  • A Salesforce org with CRM Analytics enabled (a free Developer Edition works)
  • Basic familiarity with Opportunities, Leads and the sales process
  • No coding required — SAQL is introduced from scratch

Who it's for

Salesforce admins, RevOps analysts and CRM Analytics beginners who want a real, portfolio-ready build instead of toy examples.
