Connecting data with Data Manager

Time to bring data into CRM Analytics. This lesson sets up the connection and syncs.

Data Manager & connectors

• Use the local Salesforce connector to sync objects — no external ETL needed
• Create a connection, then add each object as a connected object
• Select only the fields you mapped last lesson — fewer fields, faster syncs

Schedule the sync

Run an initial sync, verify row counts against a Salesforce report, then set a daily schedule (or hourly for fast-moving orgs).

Tip

Sync an object once, reuse it in many recipes. Don't re-pull the same object per app.
