Kickoff — one theme, one developer

Day zero. Wrote the one-line pitch and the hard constraints, then made the first commit — an almost-empty _config.yml. Nothing works yet; that's the point.

Constraints

• Static output, zero server to babysit
• Edit in Markdown, nothing else
• Must deploy free on GitHub Pages
• Lighthouse 100 or it doesn't ship
